Bulk Organic House Blend — Medium Roast

We blend a selection of Organic beans from Central America and the Pacific to get a consistent well rounded coffee. The blend changes based on bean flavor profiles and availability but results in good caramel, chocolate and toasted almond flavors with a little bit of berry fruit to round it out. blueberry and citrus. This can be considered a medium roasted coffee although there can be slightly darker or lighter roasts depending on the beans used.
