Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We ship orders on Tuesdays of each week. (We roast on Mondays and Tuesday is the soonest we can ship) We use USPS Priority Mail which reaches most US destinations within 3-5 business days. If you have not received your item with six days of placing your order please contact us at: emailus@gato-coffee.com and we’ll work with you to track down the issue and resolve it.

DELIVERY
We make local (within Salida/81201 area) deliveries on Wednesdays of each week.  (We roast on Mondays and by Wednesday the coffee has rested enough to be consumed immediately) We will deliver between 9am and noon and will leave packages either outside your door or in mailbox. If there is a special place you would like us to leave your package please indicate in the “special instructions” section at checkout.
