Shipping policy

SHIPPING
We ship orders on Thursday of each week. (We roast on Wednesday and Thursday is the soonest we can ship) We use USPS Priority Mail which reaches most US destinations within 3-5 business days. If you have not received your item with six days of placing your order please contact us at: emailus@gato-coffee.com and we’ll work with you to track down the issue and resolve it.

DELIVERY
We make local (within Salida/81201 area) deliveries on Thursday and/or Friday of each week. We will deliver between 9am and 6pm and will leave packages either outside your door or in mailbox. If there is a special place you would like us to leave your package please indicate in the “special instructions” section at checkout.
