Surrounded by the Reserva Biologica de Opalaca and Reserva Biologica Volcan Pacav- ita this region is one of the unspoiled gems of the Central Americas. The clay soil, high altitude and temperate climate has made this ideal for coffee farming since it started here in the late 18th century.
We love the soft full flavor of milky rich chocolate and hints of caramel, nougat and a slight almond nuttiness to this bean. This out our darkest roast... not burned just a full roast for an even rich flavor.
