You can blame the Houthi rebels and also thank them — due to the shipping struggles worldwide our beloved Thai has become cost prohibitive. But we’ve found a similar flavor profile in this delicious new coffee from Nicaragua. It has good caramel, chocolate and light nut flavors with balanced blueberry and citrus. It’s a unique and well rounded coffee that we roast to medium to keep the fruit in the mix to give it the characteristics of an eastern coffee.
